Dr. Robert Chen serves as an advisor to the EXP Editorial Board, reviewing our state Medicaid enrollment guides, provider billing resources, and compliance documents for clinical and regulatory accuracy. Dr. Chen is a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine (FCLM) and actively speaks at national conferences on medical compliance, OIG investigations, and credentialing risk management.
Before consulting, Dr. Chen served as legal counsel for multi-specialty medical groups, negotiating managed care contracts and defending providers in federal and state compliance audits. His unique dual perspective as a physician and attorney ensures EXP’s educational resources are clinically practical and legally compliant.
